We’re excited to announce that the 7th Annual Arcadia Autorama is set for Saturday, March 22nd, 2025! Building on the success of previous years, this beloved event is sponsored by the Arcadia Camelback Mountain Neighborhood Association, with support from Courtesy Chevrolet, Earnhardt Lexus, and Chapman Ford.

Car enthusiasts will gather at Hopi Elementary to showcase a stunning array of antique and classic vehicles. Whether you have a vintage car to display or just want to enjoy the sights, this event promises fun for everyone.

2nd Annual Arcadia Luminaries - Packing Party

A wonderful group of neighbors is bringing back the beautiful luminaries along Lafayette (44th St to 68th St) and Arcadia Dr (Camelback to Indian School) this holiday season! They’re looking for volunteers and participants to help make this festive tradition a success.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • 12/15 at 3:30 PM – Luminary Packing Party: Join us to organize and pack supplies! (Address shared upon sign-up)

  • 12/24 – Decorate the Street: Help place the luminaries along the roads by 4:00 PM.

  • 12/26 – Teardown: Help dispose of the luminaries and collect reusable supplies.

Join Us for the Arcadia Turkey Trot!

Before you dig into turkey and pie, come out for a walk or run along the canal with your Arcadia neighbors! This fun event supports Good Soles, our local nonprofit providing new shoes for kids in need throughout the Phoenix valley.

The Turkey Trot will kick off at 8:30 AM, starting at 56th St. and Indian School, near Arcadia Falls. We encourage you to arrive by 8 AM to enjoy the festivities. The route is just under 3 miles. Don’t forget, registration closes on November 10th!

Packet pick-up for the Turkey Trot will be on Wednesday, November 27th, from 3 PM to 5:30 PM at The Brokery (4546 N 40th St, Phoenix, AZ 85018). We look forward to seeing you there!

Camelback Rd Clean-Up | Adopt-A-Street

As part of the Arcadia Camelback Mountain Neighborhood Association's commitment to our community, we host a bi-annual Adopt-A-Street cleanup along Camelback Road, between 44th and 64th Street.

Volunteers gather in the parking lot of the Shemer Art Center on Camelback Road, where parking is available.

ACMNA provides the following supplies: Trash Picker/Grabber Sticks, High-Visibility Vests, Leather Work Gloves, and Trash Bags.

Suggested Attire/Items: Close-Toed Shoes or Boots, Long Socks, Pants, Lightweight Shirt, Sun Hat, and a Water Bottle.

Join us for the ACMNA Neighborhood Picnic as part of GAIN (Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods) Day! This event is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together to promote awareness, safety, and neighborhood unity. GAIN highlights the importance of police-community partnerships and encourages citizen involvement in creating a safer Arizona.

This year, we’re excited to announce that the Salvation Army will be on-site collecting gently used and new donations, including:

  • Clothing, shoes, and accessories

  • Home décor and housewares

  • Countertop appliances and small electronics

  • Small furniture and upholstered items

  • Sporting goods and bikes

  • DVDs, CDs, video games, and albums

  • Books, including textbooks

  • Tools

  • Toys and games

Connect with your neighbors, meet your local police officers and firefighters, and enjoy delicious burgers, hot dogs, and other treats! There will also be entertainment for both adults and kids.

Best of all, it’s completely FREE! We hope to see you there!

Arcadia Neighborhood Meeting

Refreshments and coffee will be served at 8:00, meeting starts promptly at 8:30. At our annual meeting ACMNA membership will vote on our 2024 slate of Board Members. The board members up for re-election: Dennis Frank, Heather Giannangelo, AndrewGough, Tom Thomas. Currently, we have several open board positions. If you are interested in being a member of our board please email your bio and a short write-up of why you are interested in being a part of our board to info@ACMNA.org.

Other agenda items include: 56th Street Project update, Block Watch, State of the Arcadia Neighborhood address

We invite all of our community to attend our monthly meetings. They are held the first Thursday of every month at Prince of Peace at 6:00pm in the choir room.

We are trying to make this event more family oriented and fun so I think the kids will love this. We also have the local Arcadia live band 'Dusty Tuffet ' playing again and a balloon animal twister, games and lots of food and treats (besides the Costco burgers and hot dogs, (free). BONUS, the Phoenix Police Department has an ice cream truck (if you can believe it) which we are going to stock it with tons of popsicles and ice cream (free). Everything is free, this is ACMNA's way to give back to the community and connect with our neighborhood.

We are saddened to announce that this year’s Arcadia Auto-Rama is cancelled. This decision is based entirely on precautions directly related to the rising health risk concerns associated with the COVID-19 virus.

We truly appreciate and want to thank automobile enthusiasts and sponsors who have made plans to participate and support Arcadia. Exhibitors and sponsors who have already paid their event fees and registered a vehicle have the option of applying their payment to next year’s event, or if you prefer a refund please contact us at carshow@ACMNA.org
