Refreshments and coffee will be served at 8:00, meeting starts promptly at 8:30. At our annual meeting ACMNA membership will vote on our 2024 slate of Board Members. The board members up for re-election: Dennis Frank, Heather Giannangelo, AndrewGough, Tom Thomas. Currently, we have several open board positions. If you are interested in being a member of our board please email your bio and a short write-up of why you are interested in being a part of our board to info@ACMNA.org.

We invite all of our community to attend our monthly meetings. They are held the first Thursday of every month at Prince of Peace at 6:00pm in the choir room.

Come help cleanup Arcadia's section of Camelback Road.  ACMNA will supply everything necessary (water, gloves, garbage bags, safety vests, etc.)

The Arcadia Neighborhood Picnic/BBQ at Hopi Elementary school this year on Saturday, November 6th from 2pm to 5pm. In addition to the Phoenix Police, K9, and Phoenix Fire ladder truck, we have the Dino Crew coming out this year for 90 minutes! We are trying to make this event more family oriented and fun so I think the kids will love this. We also have the local Arcadia live band 'Dusty Tuffet ' playing again and a balloon animal twister, games and lots of food and treats (besides the Costco burgers and hot dogs, (free). BONUS, the Phoenix Police Department has an ice cream truck (if you can believe it) which we are going to stock it with tons of popsicles and ice cream (free). Everything is free, this is ACMNA's way to give back to the community and connect with our neighborhood.

Show Registration Fee is $20 with advance registration, $30 on event day at the gate

Acceptable show entries include: Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, and specialty vehicles such as Ice Cream Truck, Military Vehicle, Trailer, Lawn Mower, Tractor, Scooter. Exhibitor staging begins at 7am

Trophies Include: "Best in Show" (Peoples Choice) and "Best in Arcadia" (Judges Choice) .

The "Best in Arcadia" award includes front page "bragging rights" published in the May edition of the Arcadia Central newsletter. Note: anyone from anywhere, can enter almost anything on wheels.

We are saddened to announce that this year’s Arcadia Auto-Rama is cancelled. This decision is based entirely on precautions directly related to the rising health risk concerns associated with the COVID-19 virus.

We truly appreciate and want to thank automobile enthusiasts and sponsors who have made plans to participate and support Arcadia. Exhibitors and sponsors who have already paid their event fees and registered a vehicle have the option of applying their payment to next year’s event, or if you prefer a refund please contact us at carshow@ACMNA.org
