3)    The detached garage shall be built no closer than 30 feet from the street on the cul-de-sac property line.

4)    No wall over 6 feet shall be built on the north property line or within 30 feet of the property line.

The existing wall on the east property line (shared with the property at 6240 East Calle Rosa) will remain untouched in order to provide that neighbor with continued privacy.
